Assistant Series Director:
The Assistant Series Director will
work with the Series Director to manage competition by:
- Projecting
and scheduling staffing
- Analyzing
staffing projections versus actuals after events and making adjustments as needed
- Assisting
with travel coordination while optimizing budget dollars
- Managing
the payroll budget
- Assist
with developing, proofing and implementing the Rule Book
- Investigating
and evaluating technical issues
- Managing
the technical inspection process
- Assist
with developing policies to conduct better event operations
- Work
with competitors by attending testing and team shop operations; responds to questions related to rules and rule interpretation
- Work
with auto manufacturers to achieve a balance of competition
- Assist
Human Resources with recruiting and employee relations
The ideal candidate will have:
- A
minimum of ten years related experience managing personnel, budgets and business planning
- The
ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment
- Superb
written and oral communication skills
- Time

- Mechanical
Engineering/automotive background
- The
ability to travel 90% including weekends
Benefits Manager:
Responsibilities include managing the day to day administration of benefits, guiding the company through
the annual renewal and open enrollment process; evaluating the latest market trends for benefits and making appropriate recommendations
for changes; ensuring legal compliance as it relates to benefits; refining and handling FMLA, STD, LTD and Worker’s
Comp claims processing. Qualified candidates will have a B.S. in HR or related field; at least 5 years experience in benefits
management and the administration of paid and unpaid leave benefits; a hands-on, roll your sleeves up, can do attitude and
work ethic; ability to successfully work in a fast paced environment; superb written & oral communication skills; time
management skills and ability to travel 25%.
Computer Programmer:
This position will work as a team member responsible for analysis, development, implementation and support of
business applications. Emphasis on working with the business to translate business processes from conceptual ideas into IT
systems. Ideal candidate will understand how to design database structures; develop object oriented software; develop online
help facility; write user interface documentation; make enhancements to existing programs.
Minimum 3 years related
experience in computer programming; must have experience in MS.NET, Visual Basic, SQL Server, MS Access, Active Reports-data
dynamics and ASP 3.0; preferable to have a BS degree in CS or related field; must be willing to travel 10% including weekends;
must be a team player with excellent verbal & written communication skills & have the ability to manage multiple priorities
in a fast paced environment.
Digital Assets Logger - NASCAR Images:
Experience The Sight, Sound and
Emotion of NASCAR® with this entry level position in our Charlotte, North Carolina office.
Must be well organized, detail oriented and have the ability
to manage multiple projects concurrently; the ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of NASCAR and excellent communication
skills.
NASCAR Images offers an exciting, fast paced work environment with competitive

This position will be responsible for logging the digital assets into
the Digital Asset Management System; add metadata tags to each file to identify the content to be located for later use; classifies
digital assets using classification tables. Will also assist the production staff and duplication department to locate
content.
Librarian Assistant - NASCAR Images:
JOB SUMMARY
The Librarian Assistant is responsible for bar coding and
processing all incoming race related assets into the Images Archive. Working under the direction of the Librarian, the
Librarian Assistant will barcode, label and archive all incoming tape formats, to include HD, Vericam, Digibeta, Mini DV,
etc. Responsibilities also include assisting in researching and locating materials within the archive as requested by members
of the production staff.

Assistant:
The Foundation Coordinator will serve as the first line of communication
for the NASCAR Foundation.

Answer general inquires by phone and email and respond accordingly

Provide administrative support to the Executive Director

Manage fundraising databases

Create reports

Process donations and invoices
The ideal candidate will have at least two years related
administrative experience; must be well organized, detail oriented and have the ability to manage multiple projects
concurrently; excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5% travel including weekends.
Software Engineer:
The Software Engineer will create and document conceptual and detailed designs
and write code, specializing in Timing and Scoring applications:

Design database structures; determine integration points with Enterprise
data
· Develop Timing and Scoring applications based the description of
business logic and business needs
· Develop online help facility
· Write user interface documentation
· Make enhancements to existing Timing and Scoring programs
· Train users on all Timing and Scoring applications
